The food that Chef John oversaw was exemplary. Everyone commented on the beauty of the room and quality of the food. The fact that he was able to provide three totally different ethnicity of foods at the same time shows the experience in his kitchen that is hard to come by. The service from your staff was attentive and flawless. Numerous people have even taken the time to call me and congratulate me on what a great party, which I owe to you.
